Terms & Conditions

Participation in the IIOO Expo 2026 Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Organizer
The Lucky Draw is organized by S D Promo Media Pvt. Ltd., organizer of IIOO Expo 2026.

2. Eligibility
• The Lucky Draw is open only to trade visitors who have successfully registered as visitors for IIOO Expo 2026.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or above on the date of participation.
• Each eligible visitor may submit only one (1) Lucky Draw Coupon.
• The participant must personally complete and submit the coupon.

3. Persons Not Eligible
The following persons are not eligible to participate:
• Exhibitors of IIOO Expo 2026.
• Employees, staff, directors, consultants, and representatives of the Organizer.
• Employees, staff, representatives, and promoters of exhibiting companies.
• Event contractors, vendors, service providers, security personnel, housekeeping staff, temporary staff, volunteers, and any person directly associated with the organization or execution of the exhibition.
• Immediate family members of the above categories.

4. Participation Process
• Visitors must complete the visitor registration process at the exhibition.
• An eligible visitor will receive one Lucky Draw Coupon after successful registration.
• The coupon must be filled completely and correctly with the required information.
• The completed coupon must be deposited into the designated Lucky Draw Drop Box available at the exhibition venue before the announced closing time.

5. Lucky Draw
• The Lucky Draw will be conducted on the Second Day of IIOO Expo 2026 at the exhibition venue.
• The draw will be conducted through a random selection process from all eligible coupons received.
• The participant whose coupon is selected must be personally present at the Lucky Draw venue at the time of the draw to claim the prize. In the event that the selected participant is absent or fails to respond when announced, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to declare the participant ineligible and conduct a fresh draw to select another winner.
• The Organizer’s decision regarding the selection of the winner shall be final and binding and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained.

6. Prize
• The winner will receive one (1) Scooty.
• The prize is offered at Ex-Showroom Price only.
• The Organizer will bear only the ex-showroom cost of the vehicle.

7. Expenses Payable by the Winner
The winner shall be solely responsible for all expenses other than the ex-showroom price, including but not limited to: Road Tax, Registration Charges, Insurance Premium, RTO Fees, Number Plate Charges, Extended Warranty (if opted), Accessories, Handling Charges (if applicable), Any statutory taxes, levies, cess, or government charges applicable at the time of delivery, Any other charges required for registration and delivery of the vehicle
The Organizer shall have no responsibility for any such additional costs.

8. Winner Verification
Before claiming the prize, the winner must:
• Produce a valid government-issued photo identity proof.
• Match the registration details submitted during visitor registration.
• Produce the original visitor badge if requested.
• Complete any documents required by the Organizer or the vehicle dealer.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

9. Prize Collection
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The winner must complete all required formalities within the timeline communicated by the Organizer.
• Failure to complete the formalities or pay the applicable charges within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

10. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Submits more than one coupon.
• Tampers with the Lucky Draw process.
• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Is found to be ineligible under these rules.

11. Publicity
By participating, the winner agrees that the Organizer may use the winner’s name, city, photograph, video, and prize presentation images/videos for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

12. Force Majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or any unforeseen event.

13. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for:
• Any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Lucky Draw.
• Delays or inability to deliver the prize due to reasons beyond its control.
• Any manufacturing defects, servicing issues, warranty claims, or after-sales service relating to the Scooty. Such matters shall be governed by the manufacturer’s and dealer’s terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the Lucky Draw shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi / New Delhi.

15. Acceptance
Participation in the Lucky Draw signifies that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
